These terms form the agreement between you and Spackflow regarding your use of the service. Using it means you accept them.
This is an initial draft and requires legal review before public release.
The service
Spackflow provides messaging and real-time audio and video across Android, iOS, macOS and Windows. We improve the service continuously, and may change or discontinue individual features.
Your account
You need a valid phone number or email address to create an account. Keep your credentials safe — actions taken through your account are treated as taken by you. Contact us immediately if you notice anything unusual.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, distributing malware, or automated large-scale scraping. Violations may result in your account being restricted or terminated.
Your content
Content you send through the service belongs to you. We process it only as far as necessary to deliver and display it, and claim no ownership over it.
Intellectual property
The Spackflow name, logo, client software and interface design are protected by intellectual property law. Please do not copy, modify or commercialise them without written permission.
Disclaimer
We work to keep the service stable and available, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from network failures, force majeure, or third-party service outages.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. If you seriously violate these terms, we may restrict or terminate your account after notice.
Changes to these terms
If these terms are revised, we will notify you inside the app. Continuing to use the service after a revision takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
